Most P4's i have seen idle in the late 40's and max out in the late 50's.
I'd say those temps are rather too high really, and running... |

Q-Tec are great PSU's and are quiet if u get the dual/tri fan versions ( 400watt up to 650watt )
And you can get them really cheap on eBay. Loads are selling them. I got the tri-fan... |
