The only thing I am confused about is the logo. What is it supposed to mean? I realize a lot of logos out there are abstract with no real meaning (ie. swooshes, half circles, etc), but this one...

I agree with the first guy. Clouds are a tiny bit too fast. Even if you want them to be faster kind of like 2a, it still could use just a TINY less on the speed.

Looks good here. The only thing bugging me is the "snow" on the cedar logo on the main page. Could look a bit more smooth. ;) But thats being very petty.

First thing you need is a REASON for someone to join. Right now there is nothing there but a default phpbb forum. No design to give the user a feel for your site. They go there now and think, "Oh...

I go to the main page and I searched all over for a link to the forums. This link should be shouting to me first thing when i go there, not hiding. ;)
