| Replies: 12 Views: 7,493 OK, sorry it took so long. What is actually happening is after they shut the computer off ,when they turn it back on it will only boot to a c: prompt :( Might they need to change the boot.ini? |

| Replies: 11 Views: 5,012 Yeah I know that. There is a pull down bow that has all the possible display setting in them. When you pull it down it'll say 800x600 256 colors (hardware default refresh)
