I ran the fixme and my computer is shutting down properly again... However I am running a complete scan right now with Norton360 and it has uncovered yet another Trojan.Vundo... It said that it...

I also have realized that my computer will not shut down... I get to the screen where it says "saving your settings" then "shutting down..." and it just stays that way until I hold the power button...

Hmmmm... it seems that the "fixme" did not work because I am still getting that message... I read it a little more closely and it says something about a memory not being able to be written as well...

The message came up during the actual reboot after I merged it with the registry... should I reboot again to see if it happens? Will that "Fixme" thing mess with anything in my registry and should...

Here is a new Hijackthis log... I want to also mention that I had another one of those error messages again after I did all of these tests and fixes and what not... I am pretty sure my Norton...

I did a Vundofix which removed several things... then I made it so that process that I turned off on startup would start again on startup and performed another Vundofix... after this I did not...

Do you think that there wouldn't be anything in my log because I disabled that process from starting whenever I would start up my computer using msconfig? Do you think I should turn it back on at...
