I downloaded it and updated it and then I also did a system scan, it didn't find anything...do you think it was just a false alarm?

I did all the steps on the link you showed me and all the programs didn't find anything including the online scan. Does that mean it's clean? Thank you by the way =] Here's a log

Ok I put in the disc I burned and I copied a few stuff in my laptop and then AVG detected a trojan, I didn't copy the folder the trojan was in. I tried to put it on virus vault but it wouldnt let me,...
