Have a look in the logs tab to see if it completed or not. You may also need to manually restart your PC.

Still there. Your Mbam database is waaaaay out of date, you need to update it and run it again. The latest database version is 2575, your log shows 1756.

I have never known Mbam to do harm. I use it myself and have gotten hundreds of other people to use it on their PC's without incident.

Zone Alarm is a firewall program and Windows Defender is a rather poor antimalware program. They are not the same type of program at all.

That's a lot of infections, McAfee is obviously doing a very poor job of protecting your pc, almost as bad as Norton.

You need to post the logs in order to be %100 sure that your pc is actually clean.
