jhay, not sure what you mean. Are you talking about running a video/multimedia file?
As far as I can tell the issue is just with IE/Firefox. Thanks.

Hi jhay. I've deleted that registry entry as I don't recognize that IP address. I've scanned with Spysweeper and HJT, results posted below. Let me know how it looks. Thanks. :)
