Check the proxy settings.. go to the internet properties screen and click on the conenction tab then on the LAN button and make sure eveyrhing is uncheck...

If i have win98, how can i do it??

The problem is that if i use mozilla or other browser, they are certain websites that i wont be able to surf like if i tried to do a windows update...

Click on that link and a window would come up to ask you to SAVE or OPEN, click on OPEN and you would see another window and at the bottom right hand...
