In the games setup ensure that it using the right sound device, Some times game default to the midi controller. I would also look into updating the driver ,what is the rating on your power supply

you need to change the frequency that the monitor is operating at. right click on the desktop and there should be an option for the setting, choose a lower refresh rate.

you processor is not able to render the graphics base on the speed of the mobo fsb and the graphic card speed. is it pci or agp card. try another slot if u have that option.

base on what i am looking at i beleive your need to set your refresh rafe to a faster refresh hz = (hertz) this needs to be be done both on the monitor and your video card setting.
