As per the information given by you, the problem seems to arise from the driver's itself..It would be gr8 if you could yourself figure out which driver is causing the problem most probably consisting...

The 'MsPMSPSv.exe' file is usually harmless but is exploitable and unnecessarily takes up memory, its a part of Windows Media Player but removing it won't affect you in any way.
