open up your firewall blocked files, programs ect. and delete the list or clear it. What firewall is it? When it clears up then block all the badies you dont want again.

you know it may be a harddrive error. Sectors could be permenently damaged. Look for buying a new hdd, there cheaper then they once were.

just so youu know hijack this needs to bve in a folder in the PC, not just the executable on the desktop. Then run the scan again.

Well if its a black screen when you boot up its probably a boot sector virus, many antivirii
do not check the boot sector.

thats funny, also why did you take a computer to a company to have it formated? its easy pop in a disk and follow the onscreen options etc. especially XP, very simple.

you really dont have to study, just play around with it for 10+ minutes. The truth is well i dotn like mcafee at all, so stick with zonealarm or sygate. also for an AV use AVG.

I would say its a registry error. Other then that i was unfamilair with the log error, Ive never seen that one. Or at least I dont remeber it. Email Spybot them selves.

Well its IE, lol. Try something new like firefox.. hehe. www.firefox.com. Its much easier to use, and is catching up with IE. Also much more popular now it seem's. Even my school computers include it.
