i dont know much about them if any one could explain how to do it please its packard bell with windows xp i changed from vista

i put new windows on my pc and now i have no sound at all i have tried everything possible please can some one help

computer just keeps going back to safe mode window

tried all of the above stil nothing cant get into anything at all not even main menu

turn on computerand i get windows starting up then goes blank and restarts on it own all the time i have tried everything i have packard bell with windows xp it keeps going into start windows normaly...
