get knoppix live from signature and try it ,like poster above suggested ,one of the best way to get to the bottom of a hardware issue especially harddrive one .

just band the poster ,you sniped all 8 of his post so far ,poster never gave help in any of his post ,its obvious what going on

the contents of the bsod message might help, if you have a video card installed , and also have onboard video device ,remove card and try it using the onboard connection

irst thing i would try is removing the ram ,and then put it back in to make sure its getting a good connection ,if one than 1 ram chip ,remove one and try it ,same results ,remove and try the other...
