Yes...this answers my question.

What DNS servers are you using? Go to a command prompt and type "ipconfig /all" without the quotes and post the DNS servers listed.

As jermaghs07 noted the PSU recommended for that graphics card is at least 500W and I would follow his suggestion of putting at least a 600W or higher in the machine.

The CPU fan spinning too fast...

What is the model number of the PSU, the motherboard and the video card? What else is installed in the PC?

What DNS server are you using? With BIND it is possible but not sure why you'd want to do it.


The /etc/resolv.conf file is only used by the machine for DNS lookups. It has nothing to do...
