does any of these internet boosters like active speed or any of the reg cleaners affect gaming at all?

i'm going through the same problem on a friends computer...i've tried using a dif. sound card but to run into the same problem...occasionally i'll get some windows sounds but no music or nething...

well the trojan and/or virus took over my entire harddrive and i took it to my networking teacher. and we are going to reformat it tomorrow if it will let us into teh operating system...either way....

This is my Logfile in Safemode where both taskmanager and explorer.exe work...i'm running avast and deleting whatever it brings up but it seems to pop up everytime i run it.

I Recently downloaded a trojan on accident and i'm not sure if this is the only one...it has disabled my explorer.exe and won't let me start it from windows task manager that i had to start through...
