I heard that if you intall MX studio on OS you cannot install it on another platform and or computer, is this true?

I am planning on installing dreamweaver, and Fireworks from MXstudio on to my pc, I already have them installed on my mac, my question is when i install it on my pc, and go to open say a Fireworks...

Is this true? if so I will be quite angry, i have a mac at home, and an old pc i just finished upgrading so i will be able to veiw/use some of the applicications on both platforms

yes i have an images folder, and here is the weird thing, angelfire's upload thing does not allow me to upload folders, just files, so i tried uploading each file (errr) and now only 1 button comes...

ok on the part about the tables i just figured it out, so ignore that one, but the problem about the uploading to angelfire and geocities is still a problem :)

ok i think i attached the dreamweaver file i am working on correctly, now when i preveiw it in a browser there is those spacesin between each button caused by the tables i used to place the buttons...

Well im not sure because of the lack of info you gave, you should be able to select the text tool, highlight the text and choose a color, or swatch, or style from one of those palettes. if this does...

Man that really sux, I had a feeling though since i cant find anything that resembles a channels palette in Fireworks, or a filter that gives the "render clouds" look that you can get from photoshop....

which program would you all suggest to be best for designing web pages? flash, fireworks, freehand, photoshop, paint shop pro, ect.. ect..
