well, in case you hadn't seen the news, Yahoo! created a partnership with Google to start using their ad serving technology within their search results.

it's pretty easy to use PPC to increase your traffic.

write good copytext that will encourage users to click, but still be interested in your service/product.

I doubt you'll find any company that is good and does this, it's purely not a viable solution for advertising.

I've done it a couple times with independent companies, but I strongly doubt there is...

TribalFusion is a legit company, and a good company, I don't know why you'd be hearing that they're involved with adware and such.

you could test out Valueclick, I know they have a hefty CPM network. Or check our ADSDAQ by Contextweb, they have a nice CPM program too.
