All it's telling me now is that the operating system is not found when the hard drive is correctly set in there and there is power to everything. It finds the cdrom drive but I can't get it to boot...

Does it give you any windows boot screen and then restart or just restarts right after any selection? I'm currently having the same problem and I'm thinking it's a missing boot file...
