If removing that file doesnt work. Delete all contents of the temp folder in the local settings folder of the user having the problem.

Every time I start up my system I get an Application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000005) error. seems to come from a 9vl8ya1a.exe file which I cannot trace. Any suggestions?

The actual file causing this problem is winshow.dll delete it and all is good.

This is an adware. Delete any file using the name winshow (usually a dll). good luck.
