Make some link building/exchange , publish articles, work on your meta tags to fit your content - in short - SEO.

Your site looks good, but you wanna think about changing the font color, its a bit hard on the eyes.

also, your site is not SEO friendly, e.g when i click on a category or a product, in the URL...

I agree, I never heard of something like this... that google will send an email to a site they ban... sounds a bit fishy to me.

Google take more time to read links.. also, make sure your link are not a "no follow" links, cos then google cant see them.

Work on your link building, buy a few high pr .edu links, google LOVES them, should cost around 60$ for a pr6 and can get to 300$ for pr8 per month... not cheap, but it will have a HUGE effect......
