As far as I can recall there are a number of spring clips round edge of keyboard and you need to press keyboard into place at those points and ensure clips spring into place.

Or do I misunderstand...

Please try this

1) right click in unallocated piece. You should find an option to create a partition. Decide how big, say 80Gb, click ok etc

2) you will then be left with about 150Gb...

Try cleaning rollers and everything you can get to on paper path. Use hand wipes, or baby wipes, etc

It sounds like keyboard is failing.

Two options replace keyboard, it normally springs out, then disconnect ribbon cable and put new one in.

Quicker solution is to plug in an external keyboard.

You should be able to redirect the LPT1 port to USB - I have done for customers who have old software which only uses LPT1 port.

Steps are

1) get printer working on USB port

2) then share...
