Well personally I would say that's a 25% reach, that's pretty good! I guess you just need to cater to that targeted audience and then figure out a way to reach the other 75% as well.

It depends on your industry really, but for instance our average page time is 2:05 but that is the manufacturing industry. Hope this helps!

Have you tried google analytics? I think they've been amazing. Otherwise there is www.blogpulse.com, i'm not sure how good it is, but its worth a shot.
