no your msn takes its settings from IE not the other way round.

as you have probably noticed there is a relationship between the fact that ur browser not working and msn. msn takes all its setting from ur default browser so you got to fix that first.

hmm.. tough one. well from what i read thsi is what i can tell.
if messenger runs and your default browser is IE that means that msn runs on IE's settings. so i dont think there is anything wrong...
