Go to the BIOS configuration,

Usually by pressing the "Delete" button.

Look for the "HALT ON" Option.

Select it and choose the "No Errors" Options.

Save your changes and reboot.

You mean the system restore size?

For that you can go to system restore, Click settings, select the drive and click settings again and set a quota for it.
