Have you tried ad aware, ms anti-spyware, or other anti-spyware programs. Try that. also you should get hi-jack this and run a scan and post the scan here.

Things seem to be working now. The pop-up thing that aurora was doing has stopped. And I don't see nail.exe in the System folder anymore.

you could try to find all of the files on your computer and delete them. Usually there is a main file for spyware programs like this. You could also try using spybot searh and destroy.

Oh yeah ad-aware and spybot search & destroy will get rid of it for you.

Have no idea, sounds like spyware, may won't to uninstall. I looked it up on-line and on another forum someone said it was spyware. Get Ad aware or spyware search & destroy
