Sounds like your DNS has been hijacked. Boot into safe mode with networking and see if you can download malewarebytes from malewarebytes.org and run it.

There is no key in the ISO file. License keys are not locked to a certain disk. The disk uses an algorithm to verify the key. You will have to find the key.

Yeah that's the best to do then. If it doesn't work download a gparted live cd and do a low level format then try the reload.
