Well make sure HiJackthis has its own file not it the temps. Then close all programs before scanning with HJT then scan. At the bottom click save log a document with file names should pop-up copy...

Open My Documents click File on the tool bar then put your mouse over new and then click folder.

Hijack This needs to be in its own file out of the temps so please make a new file called HiJack This (or something similar) and put it there then scan and post a log.
