Actually I am not sure if this is even the right forum here.... nevertheless oh well, maybe someone will see the post and know if its possible to reformat the hard drive without either of those cds.....

Does anyone here know if I can completely redo a hard drive without EITHER the reformat disk OR a windows xp disk? My reformat disk was completely...
