HJT Revealed all three items. After running Fix checked 6the files were not found. After reboot runnning HJT provided the following log.

Ran Pocket Killbox and received message that file did not appear to exist. Ran again as directed. After asking if I indeed wanted to reboot and I entered "Yes", the following two events occurred......

Had a hard time with this one. Did remember to disable SpySubtract.
I have been running trouble free to the naked eye since the previous fix but followed your instructions.
