It is running much better but I wanted to be sure I was good. I believe I found a rootkit on the PC. The files removed started with TDSS and then 4 random lower-case letters.

I found a utility called SDFix that was able to scan the machine in Safe Mode and remove ntos.exe (rootkit) and wlctrl32.dll....

Problem found - ntos.exe rootkit was found and removed. PC is up and virus free! Thank you for you help!
