Are you putting in ampers@hotmail.com or just ampers?

The former, or your .Net passport email address, is what's required.

Maybe it is a recent update, but I think you'll find the double post is protected against, and an error will be displayed.

Daniweb does have a rule that stops two posts being added. I don't know whether this is timer based, or content based, but you do ocassionally see two threads.
