Hey, I looked at my boot.ini file and it contains this text:

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS.1
[operating systems]...

Thanks Caperjack. This will be a quick fix to save me from having to select every time I boot up my computer. :)

If you or anyone knows which files I can safely remove so I can reclaim that disk...
