No problem.

The point is special commands like Help, Udo, Redo, New, Open, Close, etc are on the buttons (but none of them seem to work for me!).

It's perfectly possible that (like mine) your keyboard has an F lock key. Try pressing that, then try again.

By default (on mine) the function lock is off, which means the print screen key turns...

Here's how to fix that:

Switch to 'classic' view on Control Panel and open up Regional and Language options. Click Customize.

What do you mean? Windows File Protection is a service, not a program that you can run.

If it's coming up every time you reboot, chances are you've got a virus which tries to change critical...
