check you're bios settings to see if USB is enabled and set your boot sequence to floopy, hard disk, USB, CD-rom drive etc.

Check your device signings and see if it just needs a drive letter...

#1 Check you're bios to see if it's recognizing the correct amount of ram. Then crack open your case and unseat/re-seat your ram. Do not do this if you have warranty...
