I'd probably try a pci video card if you have one laying around, other than that I can't think of anything else other than it just went bad somehow.

First of all be sure that ram wasn't inserted backwards. If it was then things could have fried.

maybe you need to delete all your partitions and then repartition before you format. do a web search on the ultimate boot disk & get someone to burn it onto a cd for you.it has all the tools you need.

sometimes if wrong ram is used it'll cause it too. Ex: using PC133 ram in one that is intended to have pc100.
also mixing 2 different named ram sticks can cause it sometimes.
