Update: Google has reindexed and we're up to the #1 spot. PR is still at 1, but c'est la vie.
Google directory has also updated.

So back to my last question, would using a keyword only link...

just thinking, would it be better if I just used keywords for link text, not the company name? then I'd get the links, but not lose the keywords? or have I got it wrong again?

the regional categories are often easier to get into ;)
plus if you get a friendly editor you might get a link in their bookmarks.

That's a neat idea. The other thing thing would be some <em> and <strong> tags on your keywords anywhere else you can find them or even in the titles... Use css to prevent any normal person seeing...

I haven't checked your code here but anything wrapped in a header tag is instantly more important, and so getting your keywords in there is definitely beneficial...
