One of the main causes of Virus's and Malware coming back after removal is because they hide in the _Restore files (System Restore) and you don't need to restore your system for them to come back.

It looks like you have 2 Anti Virus programs running, Nortan and Zone Alarm. You should really have only 1 of these.

Open Firefox - Close all tabs. Set your homepage, e.g http://www.google.com then click Tools > Options > Use Current Pages. Click OK. Close Firefox and reopen.
