I don't think you told me to fix the 024 entry, or else I just skipped over it by accident. I fixed it just now with no problems. I also ran the fix.bat file.

I think my PC is ok now. I haven't been experiencing any problems with strange popups and my system restore is functioning properly again. Here is the HijackThis log:
