Well all BIOS are not same every setting differs by the model and software versions. As you have mentioned the settings above I can say its a 'Large Disk Access Mode' under Advanced...

There's no need to Install RAID drivers for SATA HDD. In the BIOS options go Hardware section and search for SATA IDE Mode..here select the Enhanced/Compatible mode and save it, then start your Setup...

Beware of Windows own Disk Cleanup....Restore Windows own programs if they are uninstalled accidently from Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs> Select Add/Remove Windows components.
