ahh, ok...ill try it...i have enabled the built-in admin account a few weeks ago...but havent used it...more the less, i forgot how i did it...lol

Not sure of the exact problem...but you might want to try this...

Go to the program and right click on it...select properties, than go to the tab called compatibility, than check the box that says...
