If what crunchie advised didn't work you can try this:

for WinAdsToolSX.dll

To uninstall these modules from memory, type regsvr32 /u %systemroot%\downlo~1\ followed by the DLL file name, e.g....

My company is currently evaluating/pilotting this software to possibly remove all virus software (definition based 3 day instead of 0 day protection) from our corporate users.

when registering the dll's use the following command

regsvr32.exe /s dll name


also make sure you are in the directory where the dll is and needs to be registered.
