When I get a program that is expose to open with cmd it will come up then disappear before I have a change to do anything.

One question do i need to format my comp? and how do you create a partition

So.... how do i create a partition?

I need to make sure, Windows XP (before i install it) will let me partition my harddrive cause i used partition make i keep getting an error.

Whats a good partitioning program?

I am basicly looking at a format cause i am going to install all my games over again? as for leaveing 98 i think not i love it to much

Alright as for the partition how much space do i leave for XP? i got a 80gig and useing 30 or so (big games) and can i access the games and programs throgh exp and my boot up will be the samei huess...

I have 98 right now i want to know is there a way to install XP on top of it? and when it boots up i can choose what os i want to use, any help? I have one hard drive.

Thanks for the help.....I guess well for the support i found out it was the gay mouse I am on a ball mouse right now the lazer mouse i had was fault so i am gona get a new one :)

Since the format it doesn't lock up something important i forgot to add now the mouse just frezze's i had a heart to heart talk with it(aka beat the liveing shit out of it) but it insits in pissing...

Its not resources I built this system my self its 2.2Ghz AMD Athlon XP 512MB i went with 98 because i am really good at useing it XP had alot of problems when it came out so i am scared to go with it...

Anti-Virus what happens is the mouses stops then everything else for like 3 secs then back to normal but it happens alot it is pissin me off i am gona formatt if i don't find out what it is it...

I had the same problem then i found a folder in my Program files labled macfee beta it had the uninstall in there hope it helps

I have a ATI radon 9000 all in wonder i got the driver set up its good to go but then i wanted to hook up cable to the viedo card watch tv on my comp and record shows so i installed the driver but...

My computer locks up out of no where for about 3 secs it randomly does this i scaned my comp about 20 times found nothing i checked what was running in the prcoesser and the ram found nothing out of...
