The problem is the value placed on rep given by new - or at least relatively new - members. Reputation is defines as: The established community members should be the ones driving one's reputation....

The problem with that is that somebody could write a bot to create new accounts and then rep themselves. It's been discussed before, and I think it's good enough as it is now.

I don't think true and false are keywords in ANSI C either, but it does recognize the difference with a couple keywords:
