Remove/uninstall the below files.

C:\PROGRAM FILES\VBOUNCER\VIRTUALBOUNCER.EXE

Have you turned off the system restore? If not, you have to turn it off. Then try to remove it again.

Last time I encounter like you do. I simply went to the file's location and deleted it which cant be removed by anti-spyware or anti-virus program.
