Run Norton Antivirus and see if the program or app pops up on the list. It should have an ignore list where you could put the program.

I second jbnnet's thoughts, first try uninstalling the old HDD and see if the problem is still there, and to make sure that your new HDD isn't effected.

I'm getting an message when windows starts up that there is an error in my language pack and I have no ideal how to go about fixing this or even what this is. It dose'nt seem to be hurting anything...
