Hmm, are you sure that a PCI card? Why don't you try to start the pc without the Video card .. and instal it with the cd then put it in and restart.

Also the 9250 won't cut it for next generation...

PCI is the oldest and worst, AGP is good, but it will die this...

I can't blve that mobo doesn't have AGP .. but if it doesn't you cant use that card ... or any card .. WORTH ... using for that matter ... get a new mobo.

I had the same problem with my old pc ... thats a buggy card. Tell them you want your money back .. and get a 7800 gt. If you cannot do that .. uninstall .. reinstall ... update drivers .. downloaded...

Yea, that only runs at 1.5, I need to be running at 3.0 for my gfx card to run. I would recommend buying a nice PC from Planet Computors ... cheap, and very nice. You could get a good one for $1,250.
