So, from what I understand, you are looking for a burning software? If so, may I reccomend Nero (www.nero.com), it is a very good software, and can burn in lots of different way.

Try to update Word. If that doesnt work, you may want to try and reinstall it.

When you import them into iTunes. They have to stay in the same location, iTunes searches for them in the location you imported them from. If you changd the location after you imported, then...

I too had the prolem sept i couldnt even remove it from the add/remove programs i had to use the disk and check uninstall (i think). then reinstalled.
