If the items inside your table cells are of fixed width then you need to ensure they're small enough to allow the table to shrink - I think some of your graphics are your limiting factor.

I was looking at the orangey gold in your logo.

You could use the adobe style buttons with an orangey gold tick, I think that would work. Or make the button in that color and have white text on...

Use the 'have server reply' rule, and leave the to field blank.
That works for me in Outlook 2003

Your 100%s and your entire font families should not be in quotes.
