if that adspace is for blogs, try to link build your blog and make visitors. that way you are somewhat offering your space. you can also post about that in forums

if you don't want to be a victim of scams online, do blogging and monetize it using adsense or other affiliate programs

this is the best advice that i've got so far but i still need to do my homework specially in optimizing it
