It might be your monitor cable there are a ton of things that can be wrong. BTW try another monitor see it that works.

Seriously check if the motherboard is grounded to the case. If it doesn't seem to be grounded on the case take it out and put it back in and see if it then displays/boots. Check to see if everything...

QDR = Quad Data Rate faster and handles I believe more then RAMBUS double check on that but it's twice as fast as DDR

1GB of PC 133 is 150 bucks over here which is expense but I'm talking about 1 Stick of ram now 4 lol.

Ram in Los Angeles at one time was 20 bucks for PC-133 512MB

Depends man some combos come with Heatsinks and some dont. The ones that do are not the best they just get it going. Me I use Generic Heatsinks I dont do crazy gaming and you know what I mean.

The most you want to have in XP is 1GB really 768MB is an uneven amount of RAM. Also SDRAM is dieing slowly lol still good gets the job done.

They did tests and having 512MB seems to best for XP....
